DOA

DOA items.  Package must be accepted on the first delivery attempt.  Items which are clearly DOA via photograph within 2 hours after delivery will be refunded or replaced if possible.  Your choice.  I will cover all costs to replace DOA items.  Items that don't survive and a few days have gone by, please contact me with a photograph and we will work something out.  My goal is 100% customer satisfaction!
